Be A Better You :: Self-Care September

As we move into a new season, let’s set aside some time to reflect on how we care for ourselves.  What did we do in the last season and how does that behavior impact where we are today?  What do we need to add, move, or change to achieve a better outcome in the coming seasons?

1,2,3 GO! 
I process my thoughts in threes to gain understanding from three different perspectives.
I make exclamations in threes. Mmm Mmm Mmm
I meditate and pray using three scriptures at a time.
I practice affecting change over three-month periods.
I believe in the Holy Trinity.  
See where I’m going with this?  
Add, Move, Change  
What did your reflection tell you?  Did you have a goal?  If so, did you achieve it?  Did you have a plan? How did your behavior contribute to your bottom line?  What did you do well? What could you have done better? What do you need to omit? What should you add? Answer these questions and make the necessary plans for a better outcome.  Take three action items and commit to them for the next 90 days. Is that three months? Hmmm…
Here are three things that I plan to do for the next three months. 
I am kicking off Self-Care September with these three action items:
  1. Masque weekly, toggle between ADD + Strength™ and ADD + Moisture™ (travel with my heat cap). 
  2. Gloss twice a month with my (beta) Ayurvedic herb boost formulation.
  3. Take Spirulina and Flaxseed Oil daily.
